Position Responsibilities

  • Deal Execution: Alongside Senior teammates, lead transaction execution including organizing teams, managing timelines and handling engagements with internal and external constituencies. 

  • Team Management: Work with analysts and associates to provide direction to achieve client outcomes and resolution of complex client transaction issues.

  • Deliverable Oversight: Oversee the completion and review of client materials including financial modeling, client presentations, pitch books and other materials as needed.

  • Relationship Management: Work with senior banking teammates to move sell-side and buy-side engagements forward.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics, or related field – MBA preferred
• 5-10 years of related work experience
• 2-5 years of management experience
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects
• Strong presentation skills and direct experience leading client facing teams
• Strong understanding key accounting and finance concepts
• Proven ability to build and review financial models
• Experience in CapitalIQ and Salesforce are preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated ability to present in-person and remotely
• Ability to work well in teams as well as independently
• Strong work ethic and superior attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to train junior teammates, acquire new skills and advance career
